We import our sake directly from boutique Japanese producers with whom we have personal relationships. One such producer is Aumont Brewery, which has been crafting sake since the 1790s.
We offer two distinct grades of sake, based on rice polishing ratio. The more the rice is polished, the more refined and delicate the flavor becomes.
