Curated with the Same
Care as Our Cuisine
We don't select our beverages from a catalogue. We seek them out—visiting the breweries, walking the vineyards, and sharing meals with the makers. Every pour at Temaki tells a story of geography, tradition, and human dedication.
Generations of
Craftsmanship
We import our sake directly from boutique Japanese producers with whom we have personal relationships. One such producer is Aumont Brewery, which has been crafting sake since the 1790s.
We offer two distinct grades of sake, based on rice polishing ratio. The more the rice is polished, the more refined and delicate the flavor becomes—a process that requires decades of mastery to perfect.
The Hidden Tea
of Umegashima
High in the mountains of Shizuoka, nestled in the misty folds of Umegashima—the highest tea-growing region in Japan—lies a near-forgotten village.
Locals call it kakurecha—the hidden tea. Grown without machines, harvested by hand, and shaded by clouds. Every cup carries the spirit of that mountain. A whisper of clouds. The breath of ancient soil.
The patience of those who still believe in growing things the hard way.
Artisan & Family
From garage breweries to historic family vineyards, every sip is an experience.
Garage-Brewed Beer
Forget mass production. We source from tiny, passionate garage breweries in Japan crafting bold IPAs and crisp Pilsners. Unfiltered, uncompromising, and full of character.
Yamanashi Vineyard
Sourced directly from a family-owned vineyard in Yamanashi Prefecture, the birthplace of Japanese wine. Delicate Koshu whites and elegant Pinot Noirs that speak of volcanic soil and mountain air.
